The newly opened One19 Wine Bar + Food focuses on Italian wines and Italian-inspired small plates. The approachable, affordable wine destination (no bottles are over $70) encourages exploration of lesser known grapes like Albana, Schiava or Traminette – no Chardonnay or Merlot here – and most of the wines are organic or sustainable.
