We started out as a web-based shop in the spring of 2015 and after a few Pop-Ups we entered the co-retailing space Public.Factory at 310 West Broadway. ELKEL’s carefully curated wealth of underground designers is the perfect place for you to find unique fashion. Created by Kelvin Goncalves, who believes that great style comes from a mix of gender-bending, neck-breaking and bleeding-edge celebration of diversity.
