Gohan means “meal” in Japanese. Our philosophy stems from ichi-ju san-sai. The principle of a balanced everyday meal comprised of rice, soup and three small side dishes. The meal is complemented by a portion of fish or meat, pickled vegetables and green tea. It’s healthy home cooking passed down through generations.
