Something’s Cooking in the Old ‘Los Feliz’ Space

The telltale brown paper is up in the windows, hiding the work being done behind it, but it’s clear that construction crews have been hard at work at the old Los Feliz space at 109 Ludlow Street. Workers were seen removing lots of old stuff from the interior, carrying it out in large black garbage bags.

Signage in the window lists Vergara Homes as the Design and Construction company doing the work. Looking forward to see what develops here. Stay tuned.
