Our mission at Pilates Coven is to share the life-changing benefits of Pilates with our community. We aim to help everyone who walks into our Pilates oasis feel good, move good, and look good. Through uplifting support, kindness, and motivation, Pilates Coven is geared to help everyone build the confidence they need to live a healthier lifestyle. We are here to cheer you on as you step into your power!The owners of Pilates Coven and our team of amazing practitioners are here to transform lives. Whether your goal is to get physically stronger, become more focused, learn to exercise safely, or just need time to yourself to simply move and decompress, our Coven family will work their magic to help anyone accomplish their goal. Our team of passionate, dedicated, and fully certified Instructors utilizes their knowledge in anatomy, biomechanics, elements of the classical Pilates method, functional movement, and various formats of exercise to provide a fun and effective approach to fitness. Our focus is to build strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance through the use of Pilates apparatuses, such as the Reformer. Our toolbox of experience and understanding of how the body moves, and what the body needs can help any person achieve their wellness goals.
