SPURA lot 5
Beyer Blinder Belle Architects and partner in the Delancey Street Associates consortium is on board to construct the fifteen story mixed use tower currently slated for SPURA lot 5. Approximately 223,000 sf of real estate is planned, split between both residential and commercial use. That equates to a total of 211 units, of which 104 units will be affordable, bike parking, third floor terrace, and privately run public park. West 8 is designing the park component, which straddles a 200×77 ft carve-out along the Broome Street frontage. A school and supermarket are also in the plans for lot 5.
