Smashed Posts Signage Announcing It’s Move to the Old Mother Duck Space

Smashed is still open for service at it’s 177 Orchard Street space but has upped the ante in the Burger Wars of the Lower East Side. They will now occupy the old, much larger, Mother Duck space at the corner of Orchard and Stanton streets, just south of their current location. A sign post on the wall of the new space says it will begin flipping patties on May 25th. As everyone awaits the opening of Shake Shack and Gotham Burger Social Club, the big question remains. Who will win the Burger Wars of the Lower East Side and just how many players can the area support?
