At The Bun Hut, the chef/owner, who is from the Bahamas, traveled to China and came up with the idea of using Chinese Bao Buns to deliver the Caribbean food he grew up with. We also have roti, traditional entrees, a variety of sides, and our own signature juices and desserts, all baked on-site.
