There are fliers posted all around the Lower East Side warning about an overly aggressive Pitbull that has allegedly maimed and mauled at least 5 dogs. Beware the brown and white Pitty that makes the rounds in Corlears Hook Park and Seward Park. The aggressive dog owners’ name is Pete according to the flier. And Insta user psssyju claims he lives in the Vladecks on Water Street. The cops can’t be too far behind.
